Feeling guilty about doing nothing is a common struggle, especially for entrepreneurs accustomed to constant hustle. I have realized lately that doing nothing isn’t laziness; it’s self-care and even more – it is a seed for the future trees. Embrace the freedom to just simply be. Remember, productivity isn’t just about doing more; it’s about

What does this phrase mean? Are you not living your life every day and simply a quick tool for completing tasks?

If you feel like everyday life is pressing on you and days seem to blur into one gray mass of completing task after task despite your intentions to take more time for yourself, then ask yourself:

Being result-oriented and with mindset of end-gaining in organizations, we find ourselves caught in a cycle of change that only brings more changes, unfortunately without solving the underlying issues. Tensions accumulate over time and thus releasing them also happens gradually. However, in organizations, there’s often a false hope to resolve quikly the tensions accumulated over

He meant it in the context of personal health, but isn’t the same true for the health of an organization, letโ€™s say the culture of the organization?

Imagine trying to mend an organizational culture, empower an employee, or guide a manager, only to find they’re clinging tightly to the victim state. Sometimes, people are afraid to get out of their victim state because it’s beneficial to them for some reason. So, if you’re going there to help them and make things better, you might just hit yourself against the wall.

I often receive the question: “How to deal with difficult people and lead challenging conversations?” Typically, leaders already have the answers within them, but the most critical question to consider in planning the next steps, especially for leaders facing challenges with a team member, is: “Do I believe in this person?”

In moments of challenge, it’s vital to remember: it’s not the person who’s problematic, but the behavior. As leaders, our role extends beyond addressing issues, it’s about fostering belief.

Is work/life balance enough?

Is work/life balance enough? Not enough…

Below is a picture that I occasionally draw in training courses, and that’s where the photo comes from. Anyone who has been to my training courses knows that I draw a lot of triangles, and that one very important triangle is the work+life+recreation triangle.

If anyone remembers from 6th grade math, the sum of the angles of a triangle is 180 degrees, and if the angles are equal, they are all 60 degrees. As some angles get larger (for example 100 degrees, others get smaller).
