𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞? 𝑰 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕.

Even though I have gone through hundreds of hours of therapies and hundreds of hours of self-development activities, I still cannot be so sure to finish the sentence: “I am…” I believe none of us truly knows who we are. So we don’t have any right to use the sentence “You are…” to label others, […]

📐Embracing imbalance in leadership is a fundamental rule of basic math.

Imbalance is a normal part of a leader’s life. This is one lesson I consistently discuss during my training. You’re never going to find peace as a leader, nor experience satisfaction from all counterparties. Leadership is about maintaining balance in a triangle, where each angle of the triangle plays an unique role – owner, customer,

I was reminded of this theme again at the Song and Dance Festival at the weekend, where I heard such lines repeatedly: “You were such a good boy!”, “Good girls!”, “Good!”.

I don’t think it is possible to motivate people.

Last week, I spoke at a conference at the Estonian Training and Conference Centre for management assistants about motivation and inspiration. It was a lovely half hour with nice people!

I don’t think people can be motivated. But you can inspire people if you do what you do with passion and inspiration. Through it, we can unintentionally draw other people in as we shine and enjoy our own lives in our work and activities.
