My experience of building dedicated teams

  • According to a 2016 McKinsey survey, 86% of managers consider themselves to be inspiring and exemplary leaders. According to the same survey, 82% of employees do not consider themselves committed to the organisation.
  • 90% of desired organisational changes fail because the culture of the organisation is not sufficiently taken into account. (McKinsey, 2014)

In the Empowerment Experience story, I will give practical examples of how to instil a leadership culture where people are engaged, inspired and willing to contribute to the success of the organisation. How to get the leadership team working towards a goal that inspires them, how to make hard choices and how to contribute to the transformation of organisations, where each member contributes to each other’s goals. How to create a leadership culture that truly embodies the idea that “people are our greatest asset” and that this is not just a nice marketing message. I will give practical and tangible examples from everyday life in organisations.
