By making all managers’ employment contracts permanent, we will create a more cohesive society through greater mobility of managers, I write in an article sent to the Edukas Eesti competition.
To paraphrase Albert Einstein, to continue to run organisations in the way they have been run for the last couple of hundred years and hope for a different outcome is madness. We can no longer move forward with today’s methods and the dogmas of corporate religion that have been in place until now. We need to look for new approaches to management – to stop managing and to make management temporary at all levels of management.
