💺 Do you travel business class in your life?

No, I don’t just mean the class of ticket. I’m thinking about life as a whole. Do you allow yourself moments where you don’t have to constantly prove yourself, where you have space to breathe, to stop and really be yourself?

A conversation with a loved one reminded me how rarely we really allow ourselves time. We only get a maximum of 2-3 weeks off a year even from work and at the same time, despite working 48 weeks a year, we can’t afford to take the holidays we really want on our pay. Our lives are often so busy that planning holidays becomes more difficult than the work itself.

Also, many of my clients have reached the point where they ask themselves – is this pace, this system, this habit still serving me?

This doesn’t mean that you have to leave your job, just that “work” as such will change for many people along the way. Rather, it means that we might dare to manage our lives in a way that does not indefinitely postpone the life of the ‘business class’. For me, the change started when I decided to go deeper – into myself. Today, I realise that business class is a condition, not a service, but it is there in the depths within and there are many moments along the way when it seems that what went before was OK, but when you go through the tunnel, something completely new opens up.

If business class travel appealed to you in real life, and why not on a plane too, listen to podcast “Management without management”, part 143, where Reelika and Idiscuss this topic 🎧
