The trainings are available all year round according to the client’s wishes. The group of trainings will be formed by the client. The curricula are drawn up on the basis of the needs of the specific target group, the Adult Education Act, the Continuing Education Standard and the guidance materials of the Ministry of Education and Research.
Language and form of instruction, teaching methods
The training will be held in Estonian or English according to the needs of the training client.
Form of study: day courses; one or two-day training, courses.
Teaching methods: lecture, discussion, group work, creative method, etc., according to the topic of the training and the learning outcomes.
Learning environment
Depending on the agreement with the client, the training will take place either on the client’s premises or in training classrooms rented by the client or in an online environment (MS Teams or Zoom). All training rooms are well lit, ventilated and equipped with modern technical facilities – data projector, whiteboard, computer, internet access. Tables and chairs can be arranged as needed to accommodate different teaching methods. Shorter breaks will be taken on the training day as needed and participants will be provided with a break for lunch.
In-house training in a company or institution will be carried out at the request of the training contractor on the contractor’s premises. For each training course, training material is prepared for participants in paper or electronic format.
Procedures for collecting feedback on continuing training and quality assurance
All participants will have the opportunity to give feedback on the content and organisation of the training, orally, in writing on paper (questionnaire) and by email. At the end of the training, participants fill in a questionnaire evaluating the content of the training, the trainer and the organisation of the training, and making suggestions for improving the training and for training topics that interest them. The training organiser and the trainer will analyse the feedback received and, if necessary, make changes to the content and organisation of the training. Conditions and procedures for the admission of learners to continuing training
The training courses published on the website are open to all interested legal and natural persons with sufficient knowledge of the language of instruction to understand the training. Registration for the training will take place on a rolling basis and at a time convenient to the subscriber/participant prior to the training. The size of the training group varies depending on the content of the training. It is possible to register for training courses through the subscriber. The learner has the right to receive further information on the organisation of the training and other conditions on the day of the training, by e-mail or by telephone.
Requirements for completing the training
On request, the trainee will receive a certificate of completion of the training. The certificate will be issued only after full participation in the training and payment of the training invoice. Exceptionally, a participant may receive a certificate of completion if he/she has completed at least 90% of the curriculum.
Learning outcomes

Conditions and procedures for the exclusion of learners from training
If the learner fails to arrive on the agreed date, the learner will be excluded from the course. The participant will also be excluded from the training on the basis of the request made by the participant. A person to whom a certificate of attendance is issued at the end of the training will also be deemed to have been excluded from the training.
Document issued on completion of the training
A certificate will be issued on request to participants who have completed the training in full. The certificate will be issued only after full participation in the training and payment of the training invoice.
Conditions and procedures for the payment of tuition fees for further training
The participation fee for the training courses in the curriculum is set for each course. It will not be increased during the training; the participation fee may be reduced in the case of promotional offers. After the registration request has been received, Juhtimisjalajälg OÜ will issue an invoice to the registrant by e-mail. Invoices may also be issued after the training has taken place, subject to agreement. Payment for the training will be made only on the basis of the invoice submitted and by bank transfer. The registrant or subscriber undertakes to pay the invoice within the time limit indicated on the invoice (usually 14 calendar days) or, exceptionally, within an agreed time limit.
Tuition fee waiver procedure

Tuition fee refund conditions and procedures
In case of non-performance by the training group in the case of public training or for any other valid reason, Management Footprint OÜ has the right to cancel or postpone the training. Registrants will be informed of cancellations or postponements as soon as possible. The participation fee paid for the missed training course will be refunded or transferred to another training course upon request. If you are unable to attend, please let ivar@ivarraav.com know. No refund will be given in case of no-show. Tuition fees will not be refunded if you drop out. If payment is overdue for more than 30 days and/or despite our reminders, the outstanding invoice will be passed to the collection agency for further processing.
Collection and processing of personal data
Juhtimisjalajälg OÜ collects the following data about the participants: participant’s name, institution, position, e-mail, contact phone. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law.
Dispute settlement procedure
Any disagreements and disputes between Juhtimisjalajälg OÜ and the training participant/lecturer will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If the disagreement cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute will be settled in the Harju County Court.
