We are still dealing with people, not money. Money is not a human need. Money is a tool, and the way we relate to it shows something deeper. Money does not solve relationships, but it reflects them – the relationship with oneself, with one’s origins, with one’s vocation, with the different layers of everyday life.
🌀 Abundance is not just “lots of money”. Abundance is a living connection – with yourself, with others, with your heart and your creativity. Money is a consequence, not a cause.
But … abundance pays.
Not money, but a fee. You cannot be loyal to the old and open to the new at the same time. You have to make a choice. And that brings fear. But the only way forward is through that fear.
These are the 7 areas whose integrity creates an abundant life:
🧬 Ancestry – the relationship with one’s roots and family patterns
💞 Relationships – all important human relationships that are not related to family or companions
💼 Life Purpose – work and earning money from it
🔥 Calling – the calling of the heart, often related to talents and hobbies
🌱 Motherhood/truth – creativity in the broadest sense, not just related to children
🧘♂️ Personal – health, body, emotions, spirituality, existence
❤️🔥 Involvement – partnership and its constant variability
If one of these containers is empty or in disarray, this is reflected in the money. Money does not solve emptiness. Abundance only comes when there is inner contact and these 7 areas are satisfactorily in place.
I was watching a programme on ERR the other day a few years ago with Anneli Peebo, who said very well that the key to her success has been to balance her vocation and her family life, knowing that she will sacrifice a little of both, but not lose one to the other. And this woman seems to be doing well with abundance (and I don’t just mean money).
If you want financial abundance, start with a vocation. But in order to find it, you sometimes have to let boredom come to life, because emptiness leads you back to the information that comes from within.
✨ Which of these 7 areas are you currently missing?
✨ Does your relationship with money reflect your relationship with your vocation?
There is the possibility of a longer practical workshop on this topic, which I have thought about organising. Would you be interested in this, or what thoughts come to mind when reading the above?
