This book takes us one step further back in time and asks: what drives the leader themselves, and what is worth bringing to light? And further still, what ethical impact does leadership have on the entire world\u2014and, of course, on leadership trainers themselves. So, it\u2019s a logical continuation of the previous book.  <br\/><br\/>The impact of leadership begins long before the moment a leader gives feedback, opens a meeting, approves a strategy, intervenes in a conflict, or assigns tasks. Much, much earlier. Leadership is the visible consequence of something that is mostly invisible.  <br\/><br\/>That is the question that interests me the most right now. It\u2019s not just about what and how a leader leads or should lead &#8211; plenty has already been written on that. <br\/><br\/>What interests me most about this book is precisely that invisible quality that makes the leader\u2019s actions what they are.<br\/><br\/>So what is guiding the leader when he thinks he is in control of the situation, or what is speaking through him when he thinks he is simply speaking professionally?<br\/><br\/>I am increasingly convinced that real change in leadership does not stem from a new tool, model, or technique. In fact, most tools, models, and techniques are only about 70% effective. But what is this remaining, so-called invisible part?  <br\/><br\/>Until the new book is ready, &#8220;Juhtimise jalaj\u00e4lg&#8221; is also available as an e-book and audiobook on Elisa Raamat.
