It fails because many leaders haven\u2019t faced themselves."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Unresolved fear, the need for approval, and avoidance don\u2019t disappear at work, but they scale.<br><br>Organizations don\u2019t mirror strategies, but they mirror the inner state of those in power.<br><br>That\u2019s why another strategy day rarely helps. What helps is taking time for honest, deep reflection to face inner goals, fears, and resistance. This is often the only way out of an endless cycle of crises.<br><br>Sometimes what\u2019s needed isn\u2019t another answer, but a place to think honestly.
