Time shows that simply talking about them soon means repeating it all again &#8211; the same training, different trainers; the same inconclusive results, new strategies to meet targets. <br\/><br\/>But maybe we&#8217;re not asking the right questions and not getting deep insider experiences? Instead of asking what is the next goal and where lies the solution and how to get there, perhaps we need to go to what is holding us back? <br\/><br\/>Of course, the questions below are not comfortable in my client meetings, but they make a real difference (\ud835\ude2b\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude29\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude2d \ud835\ude2c\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude2a \ud835\ude30\ud835\ude2f \ud835\ude34\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude37 \ud835\ude2e\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude22 &#8211; \ud835\ude2c\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude2b\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude33\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude34 \ud835\ude34\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude26 \ud835\ude26\ud835\ude2a \ud835\ude30\ud835\ude2d\ud835\ude26 \u00fc\ud835\ude2d\ud835\ude25\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude28\ud835\ude2a \ud835\ude2f\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude2a \ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude2f\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude2e\u00f5\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude22\ud835\ude37, \ud835\ude26\ud835\ude35 \ud835\ude2b\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude36 \ud835\ude35\ud835\ude22\ud835\ude28\ud835\ude22 \ud835\ude2e\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude25\ud835\ude22\ud835\ude28\ud835\ude2a \ud835\ude2e\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude22 \ud835\ude2c\ud835\ude22 \ud835\ude31\u00e4\ud835\ude33\ud835\ude2a\ud835\ude34\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude2d\ud835\ude35 \ud835\ude30\ud835\ude2f \ud835\ude34\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude30\ud835\ude37 \ud835\ude2e\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude35\ud835\ude22).<br\/><br\/>Here are just a few recent questions that have driven customers forward:<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 My people are not committed.<br\/>\u2192 What are they secretly committed to?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 The team does not cooperate!<br\/>\u2192 Who or what do they long for?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 Things somehow fail all the time.<br\/>\u2192 What part of you is loyal to failure?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 In the team, the same tensions are repeated again and again!<br\/>\u2192 How do they reflect your personal childhood environment?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 There is no way I can move forward professionally!<br\/>\u2192 Whose permission do you need to move forward? Whose face will you see first? <br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 It&#8217;s as if all the responsibility is on my shoulders and nobody takes responsibility!<br\/>\u2192 How old do you feel when you say that?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 I&#8217;ve tried everything, nothing works!<br\/>\u2192 What would you miss if a solution were to be found?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 Why can&#8217;t I decide?<br\/>\u2192 Whose will lives in you if it is not your own?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 Why don&#8217;t people take responsibility?<br\/>\u2192 When did you decide you wanted to help others?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 Why is there no initiative in the organisation?<br\/>\u2192 What are you afraid of when others take the lead?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 My driver raised his voice at me and that&#8217;s not okay with me!<br\/>\u2192 What was your relationship like with your father, how was he involved in your growing up?<br\/><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 My company is operating inefficiently.<br\/>\u2192 What problem did you initially set out to solve for yourself by starting a business?<br\/><br\/>These are not easy issues. But they get to the heart of the matter and lead to real solutions. <br\/><br\/>If any of them stirred something inside you (including discomfort or misunderstanding) and you&#8217;re stuck somewhere as a leader &#8211; maybe it&#8217;s time to make space for what wants to be seen?
