That’s about how you can sum up the stories of many of the clients I come into contact with and my own story.
\nEverybody’s journey to finding themselves is different in nuances, but most of the time, finding yourself and finding your purpose and good relationships is about doing something.
\nIt’s about unlearning different layers of expectations-fears-feelings of guilt, either created by yourself or by others. <\/p>\n

From time to time it is said among people of the clergy that you have to rise to some level (whatever the
\n4. or
\n5th or I don’t know several dimensions).
\nI think self-development is much more practical than awakening to some heavenly frequency.
\nIt’s called escape.
\nWhen we try to “ascend” to some frequency, we move further away from ourselves.
\nIt’s not a matter of where to ascend to, but rather where to come back to or …. descend. <\/p>\n

We do not disappear, we have never disappeared, otherwise we would no longer be alive.
\nNature is wise enough not to keep the unnecessary alive.
\nAs Anne \u00d5uemaa<\/a> said at one of our get-togethers, “The good news is that we are alive for the rest of our lives.” <\/p>\n

We are never lost.
\nBe it family, work or commitments.
\nWe are always there for ourselves, our core essence is always there, able to get along well with others, with a deeper purpose in life and all that we occasionally miss.
\nThe question is do we dare to use that part of ourselves or do we bury it under a layer of pleasing others? <\/p>\n

Do we dare to be in touch with who we are and dare to express ourselves?<\/p>\n

In general, we know pretty well what we want, but we don’t dare to move in the direction of our will, we don’t even dare to share our thoughts-dreams-dreams with the master for fear of condemnation.
\nFor example, we dare not be in the simplest silence because then we get bored.
\nSometimes we are also afraid of success, because then we lose the possibility to be a victim and to look for something outside.
\nThere are many many fears to deal with and overcome on this journey of self-discovery.
\nBut the good news is that behind this fear lies the very peace, joy and love we seek. <\/p>\n

We don’t have to look for ourselves, we have to peel away the layers that have kept us hidden from ourselves.
\nWe must find the courage to express ourselves exactly as we are, without fear.
\nTo do this, we must first have the courage to be in silence, in inaction.
\nIn the resulting discomfort, in the confusion.
\nFor it is from there that the new order can begin, this rediscovery of ourselves within ourselves. <\/p>\n

May you rediscover yourself every day and be more courageous in the new “working season”!
