This historical perspective highlights how people&#8217;s needs and goals have evolved over time. <br \/><br \/>In the world of organizations, however, we tend to forget that people&#8217;s needs change\u2014as they have throughout the ages.<br \/><br \/>Throughout my career, I have experienced how work in the corporate world initially seemed enjoyable, but over time, my interests and values changed. Eventually, I no longer found satisfaction in endless reporting and risk mitigation, but I discovered that my passion lies in supporting people&#8217;s development.<br \/><br \/>Today, I work in a role that allows me to focus on what I truly enjoy\u2014helping others develop their potential\ud83c\udf1f. <br \/><br \/>This journey has taught me how important it is to understand and acknowledge that the meaning of our goals can and should change over time, as it reflects our inner growth and development.<br \/><br \/>I emphasize the importance of being open to changes and adjusting our goals according to personal development and changing circumstances. <br \/><br \/>Each of us deserves the opportunity to engage in work that nourishes our soul and supports our endeavors.<br \/><br \/>Have you experienced a similar transformation of goals in your life or career?
