This can lead to disappointments and stress when changes inevitably occur. <br \/><br \/>However, if we approach work with the knowledge that every project and relationship is inherently temporary, we can better focus on what&#8217;s important and remain flexible in the face of change.<br \/><br \/>I encourage you to consider how realizing the temporariness of life could change your attitude and behavior. <br \/><br \/>How could it reduce the stress in your life and work?
