I&#8217;ve done this kind of counterwork a few times before.<br \/><br \/>The second place I also share in my book &#8220;The Footprint of Leadership&#8221; is when I realize I&#8217;m no longer needed.<br \/><br \/>As a leader, one of the most wonderful things is redundancy.
