However, I usually suggest a shift in perspective: instead of trying to motivate our teams directly, let&#8217;s focus on the power of inspiration.<br \/><br \/>Probably, we all know that true inspiration comes not from external pressures or rewards but from within \u2013 a flame ignited by our own passion for the work we do.<\/p><p>When we are genuinely inspired by the tasks at hand, our enthusiasm becomes contagious, creating a ripple effect that motivates those around us. However, there is an important aspect \u2013 as leaders, you shouldn&#8217;t be inspired by the tasks but by human beings.<\/p><p>You should be inspired by your work as a leader for PEOPLE. Tasks are not a leader&#8217;s thing; people are! If you&#8217;re inspired by people, only then can you inspire your employees to be inspired by customers, other colleagues \u2013 people.<br \/><br \/>When our teams witness your genuine commitment and enthusiasm, it sparks a sense of purpose and drive within them.
