Many people here on LinkedIn also focus on workshops that promise instant solutions to problems and claim to boost results overnight with the help of all effectiveness tools called \u201c10 steps to\u2026\u201d or \u201c3 most effective tools,\u201d etc. I totally understand it, and it is a quick way to get attention. We need tools to focus on PEOPLE, not just the RESULTS they bring. To achieve this, we need the will to understand our role as influencers. All leadership trainers, along with leaders, are influencers.
