There are a few specific situations where I need to list &#8216;work done&#8217; for procurement purposes, but mostly I leave out the organisations where I train, run a development programme, where I am a management consultant. Especially in public channels such as social media, your website, etc.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s elementary that I don&#8217;t do this for 1-1 work (mentoring and therapy). This would be a breach of all ethical rules. But I&#8217;m thinking about the names of organisations when I deal with groups in an organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the trainers share their clients&#8217; names and organisations&#8217; logos on their website. It&#8217;s odd for me, but I have to say that my opinion is starting to change. Because maybe I&#8217;m overthinking it and my therapist ethic of total confidentiality is superfluous in this situation?<\/p>\n<p>As I&#8217;m updating my website soon and others are all doing this logo sharing, I&#8217;d like to hear a bit of your views here. Whether you&#8217;re a trainer or an outsourcer. What do you think about a trainer sharing logos on their website, photos on social media of the training they have done and the organisation they are a development partner of?<\/p>\n<p>Below is a picture from one of last week&#8217;s training sessions. Anyone who recognises the room will know what organisation it is, but I deliberately tried to avoid taking a picture with the logo, and I also didn&#8217;t make the trainees sit for the picture or wave. But should I still present the names of the organisations I am working with and take a picture with the group on my own initiative?
