A thing becomes scientific the moment the first academic paper is published, and an &#8220;unrecognised&#8221; thing thereby becomes &#8220;recognised&#8221;. But it doesn&#8217;t matter. It&#8217;s all about experience and my experience with this style of therapy has been life-changing:<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 I didn&#8217;t see any passion in professional life. It was completely exhausted and I didn&#8217;t know or dare to take any further steps. I was in a good place, in a good job, everything was just fine &#8211; but the gut feeling was not good.<\/p>\n<p>In the process of therapy, I dared to bring out my own experiences as a leader, my own views on life, I dared to talk about my own thoughts. I started valuing what I am &#8211; I made a podcast, wrote a book about my principles and experiences. Today, I am thoroughly enjoying my new &#8220;job&#8221; with the drivers. Work where I can support people to rediscover themselves. Because I know how deeply I can get lost in the process of meeting other people&#8217;s needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Before going to therapy, life had no colour. And there was no appetite to continue with that life. Today, however, I often get comments that I&#8217;m glowing. I&#8217;m excited because I enjoy everything life brings me. I understand that things don&#8217;t happen to me, but for me. Both the inconvenient things and the very uncomfortable things.<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 I was alone. It was just me, my dog and the cat. No one else. I didn&#8217;t want to communicate, I didn&#8217;t dare to communicate, and I didn&#8217;t have much to communicate with. Except at work as a manager, where the role expected it. Through the therapy process and my studies, I have made friends with the same mindset in my life. And most importantly, after 30 years, I searched for my father&#8217;s family, where I found my father, 2 sisters, their children, companions, my father&#8217;s companion. I have a family, which I didn&#8217;t have and didn&#8217;t think I needed, work was more important.<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 A companion has come into my life through the therapy process that I would never have been ready for before. Our outlook on life is similar, we support each other&#8217;s deeper development, our closeness is something that was only in books.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 If a person without a life, without any relationships and professionally burnt out finds his professional passion, inspiring people come into his life, family, he is full of life energy, then I needed no other proof. My life has changed 180 degrees during this therapy process, I have gone to the depths and found so much potential and treasures that I would never have thought of before. And the outside world has begun to reflect this.<\/p>\n<p>A more real life, where the meaning of life is to experience life, not to prove life!<\/p>\n<p>With a degree in engineering and a degree in social sciences, I love science.
