It was a lovely half hour with nice people!<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t think people can be motivated. But you can inspire people if you do what you do with passion and inspiration. Through it, we can unintentionally draw other people in as we shine and enjoy our own lives in our work and activities.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to remember that we are not inspired to motivate others, but to be in a state of enjoyment and pleasure in our own lives. Live your own life, not the life of others. I can assure you that life will be much more enjoyable just from this change of mindset!<\/p>\n<p>Keeping yourself motivated is part of emotional intelligence, you need discipline and consistency to get things done, and you can ask others for support in this. But inner passion and motivation can only come from within.<\/p>\n<p>In order to get more in touch with my inspiration, I did 2 exercises during the presentation:  <br \/>\ud83d\udca1We took a deeper look into the reasons why everyone does what they do, and what influences you&#8217;ve taken from your childhood home for your MIKS. This sometimes requires asking 5-9 times &#8220;Why am I doing what I&#8217;m doing?&#8221;. The first of these conversations usually come from what we have learned from others. As you go deeper, your own deeper triggers will come.  <br \/>\ud83d\udcad We did a 3-minute introspection journey, where we could recall through our hearts some beautiful moments in our lives that have inspired us.
