As leaders, our role extends beyond addressing issues, it&#8217;s about fostering belief.<\/p><p>Choosing to believe in someone isn&#8217;t blind trust, it&#8217;s a strategic investment in their potential. Because belief in your team can transform challenges into opportunities.<\/p><p>And if you have lost belief in the person, there is no point in continuing together anymore. It\u2019s better for both of you to be surrounded by people who believe in you.
