About two years back Leena Kivisild tagged me with the title &#8220;Holistic Leadership Trainer.&#8221;<\/p><p>Both Leena and I have a background from the Holistic Institute in Tallinn, so we get the idea of what &#8220;holistic&#8221; truly means. But, every now and then, I see people assuming &#8220;holistic&#8221; is some kind of esoteric fog \u2013 you know, the raise-your-love-vibration-and-all-problems-will-be-solved type of approach with no connection with real business world.<\/p><p>Not the case &#8211; holistic is more down-to-earth and business-savvy than anything else. I have background in mathematics and in a business leadership myself, so systemized down to earth things are my things!<\/p><p>When I say &#8220;holistic leadership trainer,&#8221; I&#8217;m talking about leadership development with a holistic approach. Holistic leadership isn&#8217;t just about the usual leadership skills; it&#8217;s about diving into personal growth, emotional intelligence, well-being, and all the other bits that build effective and balanced leadership.<\/p><p>The main tool of a leader is their intelligence, which is a combination of body intelligence, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. It&#8217;s all together \u2013 not just intellect and professional knowledge!<\/p><p>Of course, during my trainings and mentoring sessions, we dive deep into leadership tools like delegation, motivation, handling tricky conversations, smashing business goals, and more.<\/p><p>The term &#8220;holistic&#8221; suggests a comprehensive and integrated approach that takes into account the WHOLE person and their various dimensions, beyond just professional skills.
