According to the same survey, 82% of employees do not consider themselves committed to the organisation.<\/li><li>90% of desired organisational changes fail because the culture of the organisation is not sufficiently taken into account. (McKinsey, 2014)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/empowerment.ee\/puhendunud-meeskond-kolm-tegurit-mis-inspireerivad-kirge-ja-tagavad-meeskonna-tulemuslikkuse-ivar-raav\/\">In the Empowerment Experience story,<\/a> I will give practical examples of how to instil a leadership culture where people are engaged, inspired and willing to contribute to the success of the organisation. How to get the leadership team working towards a goal that inspires them, how to make hard choices and how to contribute to the transformation of organisations, where each member contributes to each other&#8217;s goals. How to create a leadership culture that truly embodies the idea that &#8220;people are our greatest asset&#8221; and that this is not just a nice marketing message.
